Jay Electronica rocked out on Saturday at the North Coast Music Festival and had the crowd eating out of the palm of his hand. This was Jay’s first performance in Chicago in over a year; his last performance was at the House of Blues for Mos Def’s Ecstatic Tour where he was ejected for surfing on an opera box.
